These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and services offered through our website, jbflowerstudio.ae. By checking the “I Accept The Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy” box, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. JB Flower Studio FZC LLC reserves the right to accept or reject orders at our sole discretion. Confirmation will be sent via email. All orders are subject to availability.

2. Delivery Policy

We currently deliver within the UAE only. We accept same-day orders until 4:00 PM, with deliveries made daily until 7:00 PM. Delivery charges vary by time slot and Emirate.

Same-Day Dispatch Fee: AED 9.99 is included in all same-day delivery rates.

Anonymous Delivery: If the recipient refuses anonymous gifts, the item will be returned to us. Sender identity may be disclosed upon request after 3 hours of delivery.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

5. Substitutions

In rare cases, items may be substituted with equal or greater value products due to availability. You will be notified where possible.

6. Returns & Incorrect Items

Contact us within 24 hours if you receive an incorrect or damaged item. We will arrange collection and send a replacement or issue a refund accordingly.

Refunds will only be processed through the original method of payment.

7. No Refund Will Be Issued:

  • If items have already been delivered successfully

  • If the address provided by the sender is incorrect

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery

  • If the product is damaged due to improper recipient handling

8. Change of Delivery Date for Perishables

Requests must be made 24 hours in advance. Changes made under 24 hours may incur:

  • 50% charge on flowers

  • 100% charge on cakes, chocolates, dates, fruits, etc.

9. Offers, Rewards & Coupons

BOGO Code:

  • Minimum order: AED 249.99

  • Max discount: AED 100

  • Not valid on teddy bears, balloons, combo/gift bundles, or already discounted items

  • Cannot be combined with other offers

Free Shipping:

  • Only valid for standard delivery slots within the UAE

  • Not valid for priority or Valentine's Day (Feb 13–14)

10. Product Colors & Dimensions

Actual colors may vary from images due to screen settings. Product dimensions and designs may be subject to seasonal changes.

11. User Account & Privacy

Users must register to place an order. You are responsible for your login credentials. For details on how we protect your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

By using our site, you agree to receive communications electronically.

12. Payment

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash on Delivery, and select local UAE payment options. All card payments are securely processed. Cheques are not accepted.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with UAE law. Any disputes will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
